Guided Imagery
A guided imagery to allow your subconscious (imagination) to edit some memories that may be blocking you or keeping from your chosen emotional goals.

Example of a chosen emotional goal is:
"I am choosing to feel happier and this allows me to feel more confident."
You will step into YOUR Theatre. A safe and secure place to heal your memories. Your subconscious now knows your goal because you wrote it down or said it out loud and will begin to edit and refile your memories that are blocking your chosen emotion(happier).
Steps:

Be in a comfortable position (comfy blanket, pillow, etc) with eyes gently closed.

Take 3 breathes-count of 5 in, hold for 2, breathe out to count of 7. This begins to relax your body.

Turn on the guided imagery with ear pods, headsets or just listening.
​

The guided imagery is for 20 minutes. Your subconscious will awaken you when it feels completed- this could be right after the guided words or after the music(binaural beats for creating a resting brain). 45 minutes.
